The programme includes keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. According to the organisers, sessions will explore topics such as food security, sustainability, climate resilience, geopolitical developments, changing trade dynamics, evolving consumer expectations, and the future of rural communities.
“Agriculture operates in an increasingly interconnected world,” said Breyton Milford, GM of Agri-Expo and RASC Trustee. He stated that decisions made in one part of the world affect farmers, agribusinesses, and consumers elsewhere, and noted the programme will highlight the role of women, young people, and future leaders.
A pre-conference tour is scheduled from 29 to 31 October 2026. This tour offers delegates access to agricultural enterprises, educational institutions, and farming operations across the Western Cape, hosted in and around Stellenbosch.
