Table Bay Nature Reserve is an 880-hectare reserve comprising various permanent and seasonal wetlands. The area features Cape Flats dune strandveld and Cape Flats sand fynbos vegetation. Visitors can enjoy activities such as running and jogging, hiking and walking, and nature watching within this diverse landscape.
The reserve offers educational programmes and an environmental education centre for visitors. You can also enjoy picnics in the designated picnic areas. Please note that the reserve follows a no-bin policy, so all visitors must take their rubbish home with them.
